Aoraki Full Day Package
THE Aoraki PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Our Aoraki package begins with us musically setting the mood at the ceremony site as guests arrive. Then we play the most important songs of the ceremony followed by a canapes DJ set before moving onto the reception for entrances, dinner music and speeches. All of this is followed by a live custom DJ Set on a full PA system with a dynamic light show.
THE AORAKI PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
DJ SERVICE - Includes all the musical coverage you need for your reception and dancing. A full evening of professionally mixed and selected music to keep your event flowing and full of epic moments. Cocktail/Canape Hr Dj set, Wireless Mic & PA for MC and speeches, Background Dinner Music and a Customised Dancefloor Dj Set.
SOUND GEAR & DJ EQUIPMENT - Portable PA system with wireless mic. Professional PA Sound System Supply includes 2 x 15" speakers and 1 x 18” Subwoofer. Mixing desk. Traktor Kontrol S4 Console. Pioneer DDJ-1000. 2 x Macbook pro.
LIGHTING - Included available fixtures include 2 x LED Moving head spotlights, LED Light Bar, LED Par wash lights, Rotating 12” Mirror Ball, LED Pinspot, Chauvet Rotosphere, Marq 700 Hazer, Double Derby and Double Par Light Bar.(Light installation is venue specific)
DJ BOOTH SELECTION - Choose either a Deluxe plywood DJ booth in natural timber with Alpine/Geometric design. Deluxe Plywood DJ Booth in dark stained timber. Black steel frame and white lycra DJ booth for a classic white wedding look (can be backlit).
WIRELESS and WIRED MICS - On hand for the ceremony, MC, announcements and speeches. With back-up mics supplied.
MUSIC CONSULT - Via an interactive form we work with you to create the right vibe for your event. We find out who you are, your taste your style and from there we advise and curate a supreme selection of tunes for YOUR night.
MOVE THE MUSIC - The logistics of your day might mean, you need music in more than one location throughout the day. We bring some extra gear so we can provide music away from the party venue.We have a battery powered speaker for ceremonies in any location and/or an additional small PA that can be used for canape/cocktail coverage if needed.
*Package based on average ceremony start time of 300pm. Earlier starting ceremonies will incur additional cost.
